Проблемы с пером

Когда рисуешь иногда получается так что убирая стилус от экрана на небольшое расстояние (так что бы стилус всё ещё управлял курсором по экрану) стилус продолжает рисовать (тоесть я убираю стилус с экрана и провожу по воздуху около монитора а стилус всё ещё рисует хотя стилус не прикоснается к экрану) Пожалуйста помогите, что мне сделать что бы это исправить? Это ошибка самого планшета, драйверов или стилуса?   • Hi Егор Дальнев, thank you for the details and for the picture. This is what we call the "pen hovering issue". Kindly try the following steps that my help resolve your issue:

    • Please change the pen nib with a new one and make sure to insert it firmly. (Note: Clouds of dust on your pen nib will also result in the pen hover issue.)
    • Please make sure there are no other electronic products like laptops or mobile phones nearby. If there are, please put them away and see if it helps, since the pen hover issue may also be caused by electromagnetic interference.
    • Uninstall the driver, and try the tablet (without a driver installed) to see if the problem still persists. This can help determine if this problem is caused by the driver.
    • Have you dropped the pen accidentally? If you did, we are sorry about that but this kind of man-made damage is not covered by the warranty. We suggest you purchase a new pen from our official store (Huion Battery-Free Pen PW507) or Amazon.


    If the above-mentioned steps don't work, you haven't dropped your pen and if you are still within the warranty period, please send the following information to service@huion.com:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
    • Purchase order number
    • Link where you purchased your tablet
    • A video that clearly captures your issue. You can just use your smartphone in taking the video provided that we can see the pen and the tablet screen and send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive. If you upload it, please make sure that you remove the restrictions so anyone who has the link will be able to view it.

  • Hello, I'm drawing on a kamvas pro 12 tablet. But I constantly have problems when I try to draw a small line, then it reads it for a click. is it possible to fix it and where can it be done?

    Recently I've stumbled upon a problem with my pencil (I have a HUION Kamvas pro 16 Premium). Everything was fine until recently it started  moving things even when its not pressed on the tablet. I've attached a

    photo exemple of how it works. Is there any solution to this?
    I feel like I'll probably need to buy a new pen, but I hope there would be a solution to my problem.
