KAMVAS 20 pen won't work when device set as second screen
I just got my KANVAS 20 and set it up, installed the drivers and set it up in the settings for the pen to work on display 2 (the 20) but the pen only controls the cursor on my main screen.
When I only use the 20 as a single monitor I can use the pen just fine, the problem only occurs with dual screens.
It seems as though it's ignoring the drivers altogether as I'm not having pen pressure either and it won't react to my adjustments.
I've reinstalled the drivers but had no luck.
Hi Domino Daugherty, since the pen is able to move your cursor when on duplicate mode, kindly refer to this article: How to Set Your Tablet Display Work Area.
With regard to your pen pressure, does the tablet driver show as "Device connected"?
Make sure that the USB cable is connected securely, and the USB port is functional;
Change the pen nib with a new one;
Change to another USB or port or use another USB cable;
If you have access to another computer, try to connect it to another computer to see if the issue still persists;
Make sure there are no other tablet drivers that are installed in the computer (for Windows);
Re-install the latest driver from this link: Huion Kamvas 20 Pen Display Drivers.

Unfortunately, I don't have another computer to try with but I've tried all this and the problem is it won't respond to any setting changes as if the drivers aren't registering with the tablet.
Hi Domino Daugherty, I'll convert this post into a ticket so I can ask for more information from you.
