[H610PROv2] My pen has been teleporting and stuttering at random

Hello, I got this drawing pad for Christmas last year and I've noticed this odd bug or something with the pen that happens at certain intervals. It's been bugging me a lot lately and It's making drawing take longer than it should. This thing can happen when I'm hovering OR when I'm actually drawing. Usually, it will move or "teleport" to the top left corner of my screen, or somewhere in that general direction. I don't remember any instances of the cursor moving to the right side. t only seems to move to the left. Another problem would be random frame drops or lags. Which is bearable. But this teleporting thing is not.

Here is a video showing what it's like to draw with this problem

I have the driver or whatever it's called installed. The only difference in settings I have is that it's in mouse mode so I don't get those dumb circles. The driver version number is 14.8.90.1126 I've checked my program and know for a fact its not the drawing program I use. it has done this with google.

  • Hi SR Benja, I'm sorry about your issue. There are many factors that could cause this issue, such as when you have electromagnetic interference with your tablet due to multiple electronic devices around your work area, the driver has malfunctioned, or there is a problem with your computer's USB port, your cable, your pen, or your tablet itself. You can eliminate some of the causes by doing the following:

    1. Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug the cable from your computer, then plug it back in. Try using your tablet without the driver and see if you still experience the problem. (NOTE: Skip this step if you are using MacOS Catalina or later). Also ensure that you don't have any other tablet drivers installed on your computer, whether from us or other brands, as this can cause conflict on the various tablet drivers.
    2. Reinstall the driver or install another driver version, restart your computer, then plug your tablet back in.
    3. Change your pen nib with a new one and ensure that there are no dust particles inside your pen tip, as this will cause static resulting to malfunction.

Since the issue persists on another computer, cable and port, we need to check your hardware further. Thus, I will convert your post into a ticket so we can help you find a solution. Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
