Problem with my GT19 on the screen

Hi, my name is Kris and I have a problem with my pen in Photoshop. I own a GT19. When I calibrated it and wanted to start drawing in Photoshop my marker was 4 cm under the pen on the screen. . Also, sometimes it just called on brush tool when I put the pen on the tablet screen. When I was trying to use Zbrush, it didnt work to sculpt but it moved the object instead. I Really would love to get this solved, because Im eager to start. Thank you so much for the support.

I have the latest drivers from the website.

Hi Levin Kristoffer, for this kind of issue, it is best to test the tablet without the driver installed. If the tablet works fine without the driver, then the issue is caused by the driver. But if it is still the same even without the driver, then it is possible that the issue is with the pen, the cable or the tablet itself.
