Pen doesn't work correct

Huion Q11K , standart pen, driver: v14.8.73.993

When I bring the pen close to the surface of the tablet (even not press) it works unpredictable, most common just skrolling browser page (like if I press mouse wheel). But then I hold upper button on the pen, It works as normal, but with less press sensetivity. Changing pen's nib doesn't helped. Connection type (cable or remote) - doesnt matter.

I kept the tablet and pen in a box, noticed the problem yesterday, before everything was ok.
