q11k v2 pen delay

So, I just received an INSPIROY Q11k v2 and have been noticing pen delay. I have Windows 10, no other driver installed besides the newest HUION driver for this tablet. It does not matter the program ( primarily medibang ) I use, the delay still remains and I have tried everything I could think of including reinstalling drivers, messing with tablet & pen setting etc.

I did not plug the tablet in before installing drivers, they're installed in C:/ and I have plenty of space and nothing taking up my RAM performance during the time I draw.

Hi Isamanthawat, thank you for doing the basic troubleshooting steps before reaching out to us. Kindly answer the following questions:
1. When there is no tablet driver installed on your computer, do you still experience the pen delay?
2. What Medibang version are you using?
3. What driver version have you installed?

Turns out, I can't use the wireless feature at all. I managed to fix it myself after i turned everything off with the word 'windows ink' in settings and switched from wireless to wired.

I'm kinda upset wireless doesn't work, however I did manage to fix it. I'm sorry for wasting your time!
