Is there any way to put Shift before Ctrl (Huion Kamvas Pro 13 - v14.8.90...)

Is there any way to put the keys Ctrl, Shift, Alt & Win in a different order than the Huion software gives?
I'm trying to input a shortcut that has Shift before Ctrl but I can't figure out how to do so.

I tried selecting the boxes in the order I want but that didn't work. I tried using the Shift/Ctrl buttons on my Keyboard but that didn't work.

If this isn't possible it would be great if it was.
