Improve your software
There are features in software that are a must and you are losing very much from that field.
- Allow express keys or soft keys to execute the "Switch Screen" function
- Allow shortcut profiles for different softwares or to be easily switchable take example from "Logitech Gaming software"or probably Wacom. You are my first graphic tablet, I don't want to be disappointed and regret the purchase (probably will be, taking in account the ghost input pen generates and the funny "bot" flavour support) so giving feedback for you to improve, probably you received it many times but who knows.
- Option the Express keys the execute keystrokes not just only one key.
- Fix your keys. Slash symbol "/" on the main keyboard and on the Numpad Keyboard has different scan codes. Since you mixed those two I suppose others are mixed as well
- Introduce option when holding one of the keys of the pen.. for example the "P1PenButton" when holding to act as a "Scrooll" wheel. Currently I am achieving this with Autohot key script
I also have a doubt on firmware upgrade. Is there a way to downgrade the tablet ?
Hi Arnaud Lecat, if that's the case then I believe your pen is defective. Since you have an open ticket, I will further assist you through the ticket so we can send over a replacement pen to you.
There is no need to downgrade your tablet's firmware. Having the latest firmware applicable to your tablet is essential for your tablet's performance.

Strange. How is it possible that the pen has became dysfunctional ? It has always been laid on my desk, never moved for months ...

Too fast, too furious. Too fast fo' youu maan ;d.
Yes, you are too fast for your users. So fast you can't hear em. I mounted my three monitors on one stand and this freed space on my desk. That's why I connected the Huion once again. Your software is even degrading over time. Looses the pressure sensitivity in Windows 10. Probably fighting with some other drivers installed.
Just reporting to you things that you must be familiar with before somebody reports them and giving you opportunity to improve your software, despite knowing how convinient it is for you to ignore the userbase.
IYS it is like FYI but means IMPROVE YOUR SOFTWARE.
now going to Reddit to recommend XP-Pen and Wacom and emphasize on the Huion risks.

As a hint at what I discovered is that somehow wintab32.dll is causing the misbehaviour (I think not sure of course). I have installed Logitech Gaming Software cause of Logitech G600 mouse, I belive that this software somehow is also using this wintab32.dll (whatever it is). Try and catch that if possible but you know I (we) don't trust your words. You just speak to simulate desire for activity. My initial invocation is more than 2 months old. Don't worry, I'll be coming back the whole year to demonstrate how disgracefull your empty words are.

Hi Hristo Kavalov, I'm glad to know that your tablet is working now, after reinstalling Windows 10. We really appreciate your getting back to us to provide your update and your apology is well received, though not necessary since we understand your point of view.
We are happy to know that you are giving our product another try. We won't request that you delete this thread but we leave it up to you on what you think is best since some of the steps previously provided in this thread may be able to help others who may experience similar issues as you have. You can maybe add a note on your previous posts as an update if you decide to keep this thread.

Don't take it easy cause the software still isn't making things up to date, for example no pressure support in Illustrator, the first post shortcuts inability issue still count

This start sounding like a talk from programmed robot. 4 months ago "Patience and understanding" were again favourite combination of words but my understanding is that those words are embeded in you on the support workshops, other understanding is that u don't give a sh*t and serve a straight lie just to look that you have the problem in mind. Shame on you, almost seven months now and nothing and unshamefully u say it is coming. Just t put things into perspective just two days ago I reported this Huion driver to indie developer and real work on solution is started and almost solution provided. So let me repeat, I admit the hardware is working fine (as much as software allows it so). There is no this ghost input anymore, the one that really annoyed me mostly and I got bitter about it, but game up the other very important aspect of such products. Its software

Hi Hristo Kavalov, I have just recently received feedback from our software engineers and I regret to inform you that it is no longer feasible to update our Version 12 drivers since almost all of the features you are requesting are already available in our Version 14 drivers. Moreover, the tablets that is compatible with Version 12 drivers have long been discontinued from being manufactured.
Thus, if you would like to have the functions you've mentioned you wanted, we recommend you to purchase models that use Version 14 drivers. You can check our official online store for the various models that are available using this link: https://store.huion.com/collections/pen-tablet. All graphic tablets found in this link use Version 14 drivers, except the Huion 420 and Huion H420.
This reply may not be what you want and it is of a heavy heart to let you know about this. But the good thing is we keep on improving our hardware and software although these improvements can only be applied to newer models.
