HS611 Phone Working Area
I'm having problems in which my HS611 tablet dosen't switch to the phone working area when plugged in. The working space is stretched out and hard to draw prpportionately. I already saw the post "Tablet Working Area Issue" but since that is an older tablet and mine is a newer one. Do I still have to update the filmware? Thanks!
Hi Angelina Lin, HS611 is the latest graphic tablet that we have released as of this writing, thus, has the latest firmware version. May I know what phone model are you using it with?

Hi Angelina Lin, thank you for providing your phone model. The said tablet should be compatible with your phone since it is running on Android 9.0. Please try to check if your OTG (On-The-Go) function on your phone is turned on. Hi Leon, are you using the HS611 as well? Kindly try to manually switch your tablet to phone mode by following the steps found in this article: How to Manually Set Your Tablet to Phone Mode.

Hi. Just to inform that I figured it out. For the HS611, buttons 8 and 10 are to be pressed and held for 3s.
