Tablet works but does not display

My GT-191 tablet still works with my laptop as it still moves in sync with the mouse but does not display it on the actual tablet. I've tried everything I possibly could have

  • Hi Jonah Creek, do you mean that your GT-191 is showing a black screen? Have you installed the tablet driver? May I know what version is it and does it show as "Device connected"? Kindly try the steps below to determine if your issue is caused by the cable, ports or your tablet itself:

    1. First, check if the Power cable, USB cable, VGA/DVI/HDMI cable is properly connected to your computer.

    2. Check if the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable is in the correct direction? If needed, please change the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable to see if it helps.

    3. Unplug the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable and then plug it back in.

    4. Change to another port and if you have another computer, please try it with another one.

    5. Are you using an adapter to connect the cable? If yes, please change the adapter to see if it works.

    6. Are you using a desktop? If yes, please make sure the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable is well connected to your video card; not the mainboard.

    7. Try connecting a different display device to your computer to check if your computer's port is not damaged or defective.

    If neither of the steps above resolve your issue, please send the following information to service@huion.com to be assisted further:

    • Purchase order number
    • Link where you purchased your tablet
    • Serial number (S/N) which can be found at the back of your tablet 
    • A video that clearly captures your issue. You can just use your phone in taking the video and we would appreciate it if you can take the video as you try doing the applicable steps above. If your video is over 20MB, you can send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive while making sure that you remove the restriction so anyone who has the link will be able to view it.
