My short keys won't work

This has never happened before and i'm freaking out i don't know what to do it won't work on any art program so it can't be the program it has to be the tablet itself. I even reset the laptop multiple times but it's hasn't helped.

I am currently experiencing the same issue as @poinemee
I checked to see if my "lock" was on but it currently isn't.
I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

Hi StarrieNova, please try the following steps:
1. Check if your tablet driver detects your tablet. If it shows "Device disconnected", please uninstall and reinstall the latest driver for your tablet.

2. After reinstalling the driver and when it detects your tablet, please go to "Pen Tablet" > "Press Key" > ensure to tick "Enable Press Keys".
3. If you're using Windows, please go to Settings > "General" tab > click "Administrator Privileges" button if you see it.
4. If you're using MacOS, please go to "System Preferences" > "Security & Privacy" > "Privacy" tab > "Accessibility" > ensure to tick "HuionTablet" app.

I have the HUION INSPIROY H640P and my short keys are not working in microsoft teams. I set them up a while ago and they didn't work for that day, but the next time I plugged it into my mac, it worked just fine. Plugging it back in today for my online math class that I have to show work in, the short keys did not do what they are programmed to. I've unplugged the tablet, restarted teams, checked to see if the keys were locked and they are not doing what they are programmed to do. I've also reprogrammed it and it still doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Aubrey, I'm sorry for the late reply due to the recent holiday. Kindly provide the following so we can test the program:
1. Your computer operating system and version
2. The tablet driver version you installed on your computer (go to the tablet driver's Settings > About tab)
3. Your tablet's firmware version (go to the tablet driver's Settings > Device tab)
4. Microsoft Teams' version and client version (open Teams app > click the 3-dot menu >click Settings > click About Teams)
5. List of the shortcuts you want to use including their corresponding keyboard keys.
