Panning/Zooming Issues
Hi! I've been tinkering with the hotkeys lately in order to fix an issue I've been having since I got the tablet (Kamvas Pro 16). The touch bar does not work. When it does it can only zoom in/out temporarily without panning to the area I want to zoom in/out. I can't work on my art projects without this important tool. I'm lost, a little defeated. I would appreciate information on hot keys & how to solve this issue. Thank you in advance!

I believe I am having a similar problem.
I have just got the Kamvas Premiere Pro 16 and been trying to play with the hot key etc.
Originally, the hot keys for zoom in/out and scroll up/down seemed to only work on the laptop screen and never on the Huion screen. I could not move them over.
Then randomly, it started working on the Huion screen, but it is only the Zoom in/out that works.
I have also noted that the Zoom in/out works sometimes when set to Zoom in/out and some times when set to scroll up/down... it seems random which one it works on.. IF it works.
Sometimes it still does not work at all on the Huion screen.

Driver- 14.8.137.1273
OS - Windows 10.0.18363
Program/App Versions -
Autodesk sketchbook 5.1.0
Gimp 2.10.8
Using Default settings for the touch bar to zoom and scroll.
it seems to work randomly in each program.
GIMP seems to work better-ish.
1. brush size changes works usually
2. Zoom does not work
3. scroll works usually
Sketchbook
1. Brushsizes - does not work - but this may be the application not allowing it... not sure
2. zoom - does not work in the sketchbook program, but will sometimes work on the computer screen even though I am drawing on the Huion tablet... basically there seems to be a disconnect in where the zoom takes place - IF it works.
3. Scroll - this was working periodically on the Huion, but it was working as if it were Zoom.. not scroll. It also periodically scrolls on the other monitor (the computer one) even though i am in the huion screen drawing.
also .. i am 100% new to Huion and do not doubt that i might be doing something wrong here.
I am working with the default settings.
Hi Ed Sherrouse, thank you for providing the requested information. GIMP and Autodesk Sketchbook have different shortcut keys. You will have to configure your tablet's Press keys and Slide bar settings separately for each program. But you don't have to worry since you don't need to change the settings every time you change from GIMP to Sketchbook and vice versa. You can just pre-configure it in the driver. Please refer to this article on how to do so: How to Customize Press Keys and Digital Pen Button Functions for Specific Software.

Hi, I have the same problem with my Kamvas Pro 16 Premium.
The touch bar only scrolls down and up and nothing more. I usually use it for zooming in and out.
As suggested, I installed the latest driver for MacOS. It works but now the cursor is off by half the size of the tablet. I did the monitor calibration several times, but the cursor is still off afterwards. There is no issue with the monitor display.
I'm on MacOS Big Sur and my primary drawing software is Krita.
I've tried reinstalling both drivers. Unplugging and plugging. Restarting my device.
The bottom line, both have issues.
Driver_15.5.6.433: Old driver gives me touch bar issues; can only scroll down and up. The options Ajusting brush and Zoom do not work.
Driver_15.6.1.34: Latest driver has offset issues; the cursor is off by more than 3 inches or more.
I'd very much appreciate the assistance. Best regards.

Hi petrichor, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I know if it has offset issue with driver 15.6.1.34 only in Krita or in all programmes, it would be much appreciated if you could take a video that can show the problem clearly (upload to Dropbox or Google drive would be preferred and please grant permission to anyone who has the link to view it). You can use your phone in taking the video provided that we can clearly see both your screen and your pen. No worries, we will sort it out.

Hi Jessica, thanks for getting back to me. This is the link to the drive. I used three different programs, including Krita, in the video.
Cheers!
Hi petrichor, thank you for your video. Please kindly perform QC test.
