huion gt156hd, the pens do not charge, work only plugged in the charger plus failure. I think the defect is in the cable

Hi Mirian,

Thank you for reporting your problem with your pen. I'm sorry to know that your pen won't work without being plugged to the charger. Kindly provide the following information to service@huiontablet.com so we can assist you further:
- Purchase order number
- Product serial number (found at the back of the unit)
- Link where you purchased the tablet
- A video that clearly shows your issue. You can use your phone in taking the video and please make sure that the tablet, its connections and the monitor can be seen in the video so we can clearly see your problem. Kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google Drive, giving permission to anyone with the link to view it.
