My PW100 pen isn't doing anything.
Hi, I'm Kadixar. (as you can clearly see) I have a h640p pen tablet and my PW100 pen isn't doing anything. I'm really sad. I have two of them because one of then broke a year ago, but then everything worked with the new one. I got a new computer and now both pens just don't respond. *details* So, at first pressure sensitivity wasn't working, then it was drawing when I was only hovering over the tablet, and now neither pens do anything. They're just completely unresponsive.

I have the Huion NEW 1060PLUS tablet and the pen that came with it stopped holding the charge. It will only work while being plugged in so I purchased the Huion Digital Pen PW100. The PW100 doesn't work with my tablet. Is it compatible or do I need you to send me a new pen that works with my 1060 PLUS?
Hi William Pitts, I'm sorry to inform you that the PW100 pen is not compatible with the New 1060Plus model. The pen compatible with your tablet is the rechargeable Pen80.

I have a H950P tablet and I lost the pen for it so I got the PW100 to replace it, but the PW100 pen isn't doing anything. How do I get it to work?
Hi Rennie Clossin, I'm sorry to know that you've lost your pen and the new PW100 you bought didn't work. Have you installed the driver? Does the driver only show "Device disconnected"? Kindly try using your tablet without the driver and check whether your new pen works. If it does, then the issue is caused by the driver so you just need to reinstall it. But if it doesn't work even without the driver, please send an email to service@huion.com with the following information:
