Huoin Kamvas Pro 13 issue

Hey all,


I got my Huoin Kamvas Pro 13 tablet last year around November and I started picking up issues.

This happened two weeks ago suddenly whilst I was drawing.

My pen seemed to hover or not respond at all even to pen presses onto the tablet.

I changed the nib, made sure that it spins, made sure everything is clean but it still is not responding to my light taps or movements onto the screen.


So, I reinstalled the driver, re installed everything, replugged the cords and nothing.

Im still at this problem.


Anyone know how to fix?

  • Hi I just purchased a Kamvas 13, and HDMI does not connect to my computer as the HDMI port is and old one  in my computer, please advise how should i go about this issue.

  • Hi kaizer Mithaiwala, as I've replied to your other post on a different topic, may I know what you mean by old HDMI port? Is your computer a desktop or a laptop? If it is a desktop, please make sure that you connect your HDMI to your dedicated graphics card, if you have one. If you have a different port on your computer, you may need to purchase an adapter.

  • Hi yes, I've owned a Kamvas pro 13 for about roughly a year now and all of a sudden my pen stopped working right. Like the pen sensitivity became inverted somehow, the harder I press causes the brush to decrease in size rather than increase. Getting a new pen didn't seem to help and I've tried reinstalling drivers which didn't work. Any advice would be much appreciated!

  • I ordered Huion Kamvas 13 last December 25, 2020, from Lazada Philippines. It was working fine for a week and then it suddenly won't turn on. I plugged all the cables properly but it doesn't work at all. The red light in the power button is also not showing. I also tried to another pc but it still doesn't turn on.  

    I emailed the support team and there's no response on my ticket. I am worried that my money will go to waste.

    Can you help me with this?

  • Hi TigerClaw64, we will have to check on the driver versions you've tried, your computer operating system and version, and your drawing program version. We've replied to your ticket and kindly test your tablet using the software we've sent there so we can check whether the issue is with the hardware or software.   • Hi for all friends have the pen stop working, i discover a little problem but nothing serious, if you open de pen youl see the coil has loose wire and you just have to solder them to the board, i just recover two pens with this problem.

  • Hey I'm having issues with my huion kamvas 13. I got it today in the mail. As youd imagine I was pretty excited. I then plugged my tablet up to a direct source. Once I did that the led light turned on red. It showed the logo then said no signal and went into power saving mode. Understandably I am upset. The website says it could be that I need a new 3 in one cable but I just got this tablet today. I also saw that it could be the tablet itself, but I wouldnt think that huion has a habbit of sending their customers defective products. I heard so many good things about this product. After everything ive been through this year small things like this upset me a great deal as I rely on drawing tablets for income. Please answer this soon.
  • Hi, unfortunately I can't help you much. I am a common user who works as a comic artist. I too had connectivity issues, and that was corrected when I unplugged my secondary monitors and just plugged in the tablet.

    I'm sorry I'm not of better help.

    If your problem persists you should write to the technical service or contact a technician in your country. Maybe by paying a little more money you can solve the problem.

     

     

  • Hi Snow Assassin, did you connect your Kamvas 13 tablet to a computer or an Android phone? Based on your description, you just plugged the tablet to a power source and that's it. If you haven't, then that is the root cause of your issue since our products need to be connected to either a computer or certain Android phone models that has PC mode.
