can i connect my kamvas 13 on my computer and still use my tv as a monitor?

I don't have a normal computer monitor bc I use my tv, and I would like to still using it because the screen of the tablet its small for me.
My computer only have one HDMI port but I wanna know if I had a adapter it would work. To be clear: I wanna know if I can use my tv and tablet at the same time.

Hello thanks for you answer! I couldn't respond earlier because of some personal problems but I wonder if I could still get some help. I haven't got the adapt yet so I have been using the tablet with one screen only and its starting to bother my eyes somehow.
I tried to take the photos but I don't know if they are right, if you have any ideia of a suitable adapter for me I would be more than grateful!
