Kamvas Studio 22: How to fix "Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device"?

 

When I turn on the Huion "Kamvas Studio 22", a black screen appears that says: "Reboot and Select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media device and press a key_".

So firstly, I need to figure out how to access the "Bios set-up", by pressing a certain key or combination of keys?

What key would that be?

  •  Hi Jessica Wen, thanks for the info! How do I access that screen though? Usually there is a key or a combination of keys that must be pressed when rebooting in order to access it, no?...

  • Hi Airbloit Funclub USA, thank you for your reply. I am sorry for providing unclear instructions. 

    Kindly try the following steps:

    1.Press the tablet's power button to turn it on, and press the "Esc" or "Delete" button as it starts to boot.

    2.On the pop-up message, use the arrow down button on your keyboard to select "Enter Setup" to open the BIOS menu.

    3.Use your keyboard's arrow keys again to select the "Boot" tab on the BIOS menu.

    4.Select Hard Drive BBS Priorities and see if "P0: Kingston xxxxxxx" is set as Boot Option #1. If not, select the said option and press "+" on your keyboard number pad. Press "ESC" to go back to the "Boot" tab options.

    5.Under "Boot Option Priorities", choose the same "P0: Kingston xxxxxx" option as Boot Option #1 and disable other options.

    6.Save these settings by pressing "F10".

    7.Restart your computer.

    8.If in case it goes back to the "Reboot and Select Proper Boot device" error, please redo Steps 1-7 above.
