HUION KAMVAS PRO 16 CAUSING BLUE SCREEN

I'm using a HDMI Splitter to connect my Pc, Monitor, and tablet since my PC doesn't have 2 hdmi ports and as soon as I connect my tablet it blue screens
  • Hi Mikayla, kindly refer to this Microsoft article on resolving your issue: Resolving Blue Screen errors in Windows. Please also try the following steps: 

    1. Uninstall the tablet driver by following these steps: How to Uninstall Version 15 Driver (Windows). Restart your computer. If you don't experience the blue screen error without the driver, the issue is caused by incorrect driver installation. 
    2. Please follow the steps from this link to reinstall the driver: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows.
    3. Try connecting your tablet to another computer (if you can access to another unit) and see if it works fine. 
    4. Try connecting your tablet to your monitor without using the splitter. At times, incompatible or faulty splitters can cause problems. It is better to use another cable for your other monitor (VGA, DVI, DisplayPort, etc.) and connect your tablet to your computer's HDMI port.
