Cursor problem in adobe fresco

Hi , I want to use the adobe fresco application to draw with my graphics tablet, but whenever I raise up my pen (not so close distance) and touch it again, the cursor starts from a different point, not where I left off, and this problem makes drawing very unbearable.


I added the fresco application to the software of my graphic tablet. When I deactivate (windows ink) section from the software of the graphic tablet, this does not happen, but then the pen pressure does not work.

There is no problem with many drawing applications such as adobe photoshop, illustrator, and many others I only have this problem with adobe fresco.

The brand of my drawing tablet (huion inspiroy 2 m)
I am using Windows 11 Home.
There is no connection, or cable problem between my graphic tablet and my pc.
my drawing tablet software, adobe fresco, and all the apps you guys ask for are up to date.

  • Hi alihan, thank you for the video you provided. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the driver settings > General tab > check if you can find the "Administrator privileges" button there. If you see it, please click on it so the driver will be given the necessary access to your computer. 
    2. After the driver reconnects and detects your tablet again, please ensure to enable WinInk, restart your Adobe Fresco program, and check if the issue is now resolved. 
    3. If the issue persists, disconnect your tablet from your computer and follow the steps here to uninstall your tablet driver: How to Uninstall Version 15 Driver (Windows)
    4. Then follow the steps in this article on how to properly install the driver: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows.
    5. After the driver is reinstalled, follow Steps 1 & 2 above again.

    Please let me know if these steps do not resolve your issue so we can look into this further.

  • Hi alihan, I'm sorry to know that. Since your issue only happens in Adobe Fresco, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Fresco? There may be a problem with the said software. I'll have this tested with our software engineers and see if we can replicate your issue. Please get back to me if reinstalling Adobe Fresco still doesn't work.
