Hello, I am having a problem with my OSD in Huion Kamvas Pro 16. Whenever I long press it to change my brightness level, I can't click on it. I thought it was my pen, but it wasn't. I have no problem of clicking on anything besides the OSD. I'd like to change my brightness but how do I, if I can't click on it? Hoping to find answers, thank you so much!

Hi Jhelynne G., I'm sorry about your concern. Are you referring to the OSD menu on the driver? May you kindly provide the following so we can look into this further:
1. The first 7 digits of your tablet display's serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
2. Your computer operating system
3. The tablet driver version you installed on your computer
4. A picture or screenshot of the OSD meny on your tablet driver (if you are referring to it), or a video of your tablet display capturing the pressing of the OSD menu button and adjusting the brightness.
