My Huion Kamvas Pro 20 is not finding signal after booting up. What might be the problem?

For a while now, my Huion Kamvas Pro 20 have been making the Connect/Disconnect sound every time I turn it on, and the screen wasn't aligned properly (it usually starts with the left side of the screen all black, and the pen's point wasn't truly aligned with the pen's tip) but it usually solves itself by unplugging/plugging the vga cable back. However, today my Tablet is giving me the no signal message after the HUION screen fades out and the power light turns from green to red. What could be the issue here? Is it a cable problem?

Hi João Gabriel Silva da Rosa, if our logo page displays when you turn your tablet display on without any issues, the issue may be caused by the cable or port. Thus, kindly try the following:
1. Use another VGA cable
2. Use an HDMI cable instead
3. Check your computer's VGA port by connecting another monitor to it and see if it works fine.
4. If you can access another computer, please try connecting your tablet to another computer and check if it works fine.
