Flickering ,glitching screen

Recently I got a new Kamvas 16 pro last one had a damaged display so I returned it.Everything seems to work fine but from time to time screen flickers with glitches.I tried connecting it to different computer without drivers installed and they glitching remained also restarted my graphic card drivers didn't help so it's most likely hardware problem.Last possibility is that cable is damaged ,anyone had same problem is this even fixable or do i have to return device once more ?

Hin I have same proble with my Kamvas 16 2021 time to time screen flickers with glitches. I did everything like damian did. How can I fix this?

Hi LA Carmona, I'm sorry about the flickering issue you are experiencing. Kindly try the following if you haven't done so already:
1. If you are using the 3-in-1 cable, please ensure that the red USB-A end is connected to a well-functioning USB port on your computer or a power adapter that is not defective.
2. When it is connected to a power adapter, please ensure that the power outlet can provide sufficient power. Thus, kindly try plugging it directly to a wall outlet instead of an extension cable.
3. Ensure your power adapter can provide at least 5V 2A power output. Try using another power adapter.
4. Try connecting your tablet to another computer (if you can access one) and check if you still experience the flickering and glitch issues.
5. If you are using a full-featured USB-C to USB-C, try using the 3-in-1 instead and see if the issue remains, and vice versa.
Please let me know if you continue to experience the issues so I can look into this further.
