Problema con área de trabajo en un programa específico

Hola, tengo la HUION H610 proV2 y cuando estoy trabajando en Adobe Lightroom Classic tengo problemas con el área de trabajo, ya que varía constantemente, se hace más pequeña, vuelve a la normalidad y así sucesivamente. 

  • Hi Andrés Manuel González Escudero, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I know if the issue only happen in Adobe Lightroom Classic. Please kindly provide us with the following information:

    1. Operating system, Windows or Mac

    2. Product serial number (from the back of the unit)

    3. The version of driver

    4. A video that can show the problem clearly (upload to Dropbox or Google drive would be preferred and please grant permission to anyone who has the link to view it). You can use your phone in taking the video provided that we can clearly see both your screen and your pen.

         Número de versión: v15.6.3.132

    4: Video para ver los errores

    Parte 1: Se desconfigura el área de trabajo en programas como Adobe Lightroom (llevo pocos días con la table no sé con qué otros programas pueda tener este error)

    Parte 2: En general y al parecer en toda la interfaz de Windows y otros programas, al usar el lápiz, el cursor se queda quieto en algunos momentos, es menos de un segundo, pero es una situación incómoda; cuando grabé el video no me había percatado que pasaba también en otros programas, por eso solo se ve Chrome, pero este error se repite en todo momento.

    Parte 3: En Administrador de dispositivos y Administrador de tareas (aún no sé si en más servicios/programas del sistema pase lo mismo) el lápiz literalmente deja de funcionar, hasta que cambie a otra ventana o programa.

  • Hi Andrés Manuel González Escudero, thank you for your reply and video.  Please kindly try to perform the following steps:

    ① Restart your PC to see if it will work normally;

    ② Uninstall and reinstall the driver v15.6.3.132 and run it as administrator, then open Adobe Lightroom Classic before setting customized work area for any software in the driver to see if the work area is working normally, next you can set customized work area to see how it do. Note: Before you reinstall the driver, please also try to move your pen in any programme or browsers to see if the cursor will be stuck

    ③ Do QC test, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Please close and exit from the Huion Tablet driver.  You can do this by right-clicking the Huion Tablet driver icon from the hidden icons in your screen's lower-right corner and clicking "Exit".

    2. Install our TabletQC software, which you can download from this link: Huion TabletQC Tool.
    3. Check if the parameters on the left-hand side appear on the QC software. If you don't see the parameters, please unplug your tablet, plug it back in until the parameters appear, or reopen the QC software if needed.
    4. Draw on the QC software. You can choose to have pen pressure or use different colors as you draw from the "Menu" at the top using your mouse, or press the following keyboard shortcuts:
      a. F - enter or exit fullscreen mode (you'll have more accuracy when on fullscreen mode)
      b. B - change brush
      c. C - change color
      d. E - clear or erase
    5. Try pressing the pen buttons and the tablet's express keys (if your tablet has press keys). Test the dial, touch bar, or slider if your tablet has it, and check if the parameters change.
    6. Using a phone or other external camera devices, take a video as you perform all the steps mentioned above and send it to us (we recommend you upload the video to cloud storage such as OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive and share the link with us. Please don't forget to grant permission to anyone who has a link to view it). Please don't use screen recording; it is essential that we can clearly see both the tablet, the display, and your hand as you perform the test. Please refer to the screenshot below on what to observe and do in the TabletQC software.
