H950P pen isn't working when in most of the orientations


I've been owning H950P for a few years now and since then I haven't been having any significant issues until yesterday. I store my tablet in a cabinet where it lies safely. I got it out, connected it and the pen just wasn't working properly (cutting lines, jaggy countours and so on). I thought that the issue is with the tip so I replaced it and reinstalled the drivers, but it didn't change anything. Just out of curiosity I picked up the pen "upside-down" so the buttons on the pen where touching my middle finger, not the index one and all of the sudden the pen was working as intended.  Is it purely hardware issue and i have to buy a new set of tablet and pen or I can just replace one of them. If so, how do i know what to replace?

  • Hi Bartosz Dawid, May I know if the tablet driver can detect the tablet? Does the driver show "connected"?  

    Please kindly try the following steps:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the latest driver to check if the pen can work properly. 

    2. Try to use a different computer if you have access to a different unit, connect your tablet to a different computer to see if the pen can work properly.

    3. Uninstall the driver to check if the pen can work properly(without the driver installed).

    If the pen still does not work in above situation, we will advice to perform QC test.  By the way, what is the operating system of your computer? Windows or Mac? We will send you the steps of performing QC test accordingly.
