Mi tableta se desconecta

Tengo una huion kanvas 13, me estuvo funcionando de maravilla por meses, hasta hace un mes o dos que me comenzó a fallar. Cuando estoy a mucho tiempo dibujando, se comienza a apagar y prender sola, y cuando se prende, me deja de detectar el lapiz, y los botones dejan de funcionar tambien. 

Trato de desconectar la tableta de mi ordenador y quedarme sin utilizarla por un tiempo, para despues de un rato volver a conectarla, pero en vuelta de 20 min vuelve a ocurrir el mismo fallo.

Me estoy frustrando con ello, me instalé nuevos drivers para ver si funcionaba, pero nada, volvió a fallar. Y a mi hermana, que usa la misma tableta que yo, no le ocurre lo mismo, asi que supongo que es algo relacionado a mi PC.

  • I have the same problem with KAMVAS 13 2020 model. As such, the screen does not turn off, but the PC detects that the device is disconnected and reconnects repeatedly for about 30 seconds. This happens every one or two hours.

  • Hi Renato Alfredo Medina Lopez, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet.  Could you please try the following methods to see if it works? 

    1. Uninstall the driver and reinstall the latest one.

    How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS

    If the step does not work, please inform the version of the driver you are using.

    2. Unplug the 3-in-1 cable and replug it back in.

    3. Check if the 3-in-1 cable is properly connected to your computer/laptop .

    4. Try connecting the tablet to another computer/laptop.

    5. Are you using an adapter in connecting the cable? If so, please change your adapter to see if it works.

    6. Switch the cable upside down (the USB-C plug that connects to the display screen)
