Cursor stuck in top left corner when using pen
My tablet has developed a problem recently whenever I'm using it, as soon as I touch pen to pad, the cursor moves/locks in the top left corner of my screen. I have seen some very old threads that talk about disabling Windows Ink and/or raw input (I can't find any setting for raw input in the tablet settings)?
Is this a known problem?
Hi Nikki B, thank you for contacting us. Please make sure there are no unnecessary electronic products like mobile phones nearby. If there are, please put them away and see if it helps since the issue may also be caused by electromagnetic interference. By the way, please kindly provide us with the following information:
1. Operating system, Windows or Mac
2. Product serial number (from the back of the unit)
3. The version of driver

No, that doesn't help. If I go into Photoshop without a driver, then pen pressure still does not work. 1. MacOS Monterey 2. B5T03SH03421 3. Driver_15.6.3.88 please help me I'm desperate(((((((

Hi Лаура Финсен, thank you for your reply. We are sorry for our delays response due to our recent Chinese New Year Holiday. Does the cursor stuck in top left corner without the driver installed? If the cursor can move normally without the driver installed, please kindly check the work area work in the driver if the mapped work area of the tablet is at the top left corner. If so, please uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Hi!
I have the same issue. I just today connected the tablet for the first time (received it today), installed the application with drivers and the cursor is stuck in the upper left corner when using the pen.
1. Windows 11
2. C9DE6SH04570
3. 15.6.3.132
This is what my working area looks like.
On my other device, a Macbook, it works fine.
Best,
Tobias Belch
