why my 420 huion pen is lagging while using on sharing screen in zoom meeting?

  • Hi nur sasabila, may you please provide a video on how you use your pen and the program you use during the Zoom meeting? It is best if you can capture both your screen and your tablet on the video.

    Did you install the driver? Kindly provide the following information:

    • Your computer operating system
    • Version of the tablet driver, if you installed one
    • Version of Zoom are you using and the apps

  • Hi nur sasabila, thank you for providing the requested information. May you please try the following steps:

    1. Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, then plug it back in. Test whether your pen works fine even without the driver.
    2. Connect your tablet to a different USB port and make sure that it is working fine.
    3. If you have access to a different computer, please check if your tablet works fine on another computer unit.
    4. Unplug your tablet from your computer then install the attached driver. Please refer to this article on how to properly install the driver: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows

    If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please send an email to service@huion.com so we can further test your tablet using our software:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number
    • Your computer operating system and version
    • Version of the tablet driver 
    • A summary of all the steps you've done
