Huion Kamvas Pro 16 green pixels on the screen

I bought the tablet from the official site maybe a year or two ago, this issue has been repeating itself but usually after turning the tablet off and on the green pixels on the screen disappear. The issue doesn't seem to want to fix itself this time around though. Everything is connected correctly, the driver is updated and the screen is reacting to the pen. Anyone has any guess on what the issue might be and how to fix It?
  • Hi Yuki Kurohiko, can you please answer the following questions so we would have a better idea on what caused the issue:

    1. Are you using an adapter in connecting your tablet to your computer?
    2. Do you have access to another computer unit? If you do, can you please try it with another computer?

    Kindly try the following as well so we can eliminate the different possible causes of your issue:

    1. Unplug your cables from your tablet and computer then securely plug it back in.
    2. Connect a different display monitor to your computer and check whether the other display still has green pixels on it.
    3. If you're using an adapter, try using a different one. 
    4. If you have access to another computer, preferably with an HDMI port, kindly try connecting your tablet to another unit.

    If the green pixels remain even when using a different computer or adapter, it is possible that the issue is caused by the cable or the tablet itself.
