Cursor resets to the right!

Since the first of the year, all of a sudden my cursor keeps resetting to the right. I have to unplug my tablet for it to work normally. I can use it as a monitor but that's it.

I updated all drivers, software, and my OS [WIN10 64]. I'm at a loss and soon my job if I don't get this going... Any advice out there. I have the Huion 220 v2 (8192).

Hi georgina gonzalez, kindly try the following steps:
1. Try changing your pen nib and make sure that there are no specks of dusts inside your pen's tip where the nib is inserted.
2. Put away all unnecessary electronic devices away from your tablet since this may cause electromagnetic interference between your tablet and your pen.
3. Try uninstalling your tablet's driver, unplug your tablet then plug it back in. Test if you still encounter the same issue even without the driver. If you don't, then the issue is caused by the driver so just reinstall the latest driver, making sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer as you do so. It's also better if you restart your computer before reinstalling the driver and make sure there are no other tablet drivers installed on your computer.
4. Try reinstalling your drawing software.
If all the steps above do not resolve your issue, it is possible that your pen is broken. Please send an email to service@huion.com with the following information so we can further check your pen's performance:
1. Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
2. Your order number if your purchase was made within a year (2 years for purchases in EU)
