Kamvas 13 Signal Error

New out-of-the-box tablet.  Installed driver on both Mac OS and Windows 10 OS, results are the same - No Signal, Power Save Mode, Red Power Indicator Light. 

All cables are correctly hooked up and also tried direct power connection with no resolution. 

For a new product and something that should be simple to install, Huion is making it quite difficult that I am wondering if all the products are possibly the same and should look for a better manufacture and return this tablet. Contacting Customer Services is like No Service.

  • Tried trouble shooting, all with similar results.... No Signal...Power Saving Mode. Contacted Customer Service and No Response.

    1. Are you using the 3-in-1 cable or the USB-C to USB-C cable? 
    2. Are the computers you tried your tablet on desktops or laptops?
    3. Are you using an adapter to connect your tablet to your computers?

    3 Yes adapter USB-A to USB-C


    1 3-in-one cable and HDMI

    2 Desktop

    3 No adapter

    Both have same result... No Signal. Can connect but can only use as a pen tablet and not a drawing tablet.
