Kamvas 13 Signal Error
New out-of-the-box tablet. Installed driver on both Mac OS and Windows 10 OS, results are the same - No Signal, Power Save Mode, Red Power Indicator Light.
All cables are correctly hooked up and also tried direct power connection with no resolution.
For a new product and something that should be simple to install, Huion is making it quite difficult that I am wondering if all the products are possibly the same and should look for a better manufacture and return this tablet. Contacting Customer Services is like No Service.
