Recientemente obtuve una tableta h420 descargue el drive pero el lápiz no funciona he intentado varias veces hacer la prueba de nivelación y sensibilidad pero el lápiz no funciona

    1. ¿Puedo saber la versión del controlador que instaló y la versión del sistema operativo de su computadora?
    2. ¿El controlador de la tableta muestra "Dispositivo conectado"?
    3. ¿Ha insertado una batería AAA nueva dentro de su lápiz y lo ha encendido antes de usarlo?

    1. May I know the version of the driver you installed and your computer's operating system version? 
    2. Does the tablet driver show "Device connected"? 
    3. Have you inserted a new AAA battery inside your pen and turned it on before using?

    im using H420 , new battery , latest software (12 ) on a MacBook Pro 13" Catalina 10.15.7. the pen stays at the top left of the screen no matter where the pen is on the tablet , the screen resolution is only 1400x900 yet this is a retina screen 2560x1600.

    would appreciate any help .
