Issuse with Kanvas Pro 13
I have just bought a Kanva pro 13. Have installed drivers and plugged it all in. My desktop is shown on the Kanvas pro screen. However when I open photoshop nothing apears on the Kanvas screen it shows that photoshop is open by the icon. Photoshop is running fine as I can see it on my PC monitor.
Is there something I am missing? Do I have to do some more setup to gwt programs to appear on the Kanvas and my PC at the same time.
Hi Tom Clayton, please hold down the "Shift" key then right-click the Photoshop icon on the task bar and click "Move". Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the Photoshop window back to your screen.

I have been having problems with my kanvas 13 pro, i got it as a gift and it worked fine since the 25th of December. But today the pen stopped working, i didn't have the driver installed so I thought that was the problem but the driver did nothing. I thought it was the nib so I changed that too but it isn't that either.
I don't know what to do
Could someone please help me fix it?
Hi DarkNOwOva, thank you for contacting us. May I clarify with if the pen no longer draw with the driver installed or without the driver installed. If it can not draw when the driver is installed, does the driver show "connected". What is the version of your driver? is it Driver_15.5.3.444?

Hello again,
So, what happened is that i didn't have the drive installed for 5 to 6 months, and it worked just fine.
But it started to lag yesterday and then it stooped almost immediately.
I thought it was the drive so i installed it but it did nothing, I rebutted my pc and it did nothing.
The cables don't have any problem, so I'm starting to think it's the pen
