Huion HS64 wont work in Photoshop

Hello, i have been using the HUION HS64  for a year now and using paint tool sai for the software, i did try using photoshop CS5 for once but it didn't work. The pen is not moving while the photoshop windows is on but if i close it, its start moving again. Is there any solution for this?

  • Hi Reuel Sagrado, may you please try using a different Photoshop version? What driver version are you using and your computer operating system?

  • No it doesn't work even with another version of photoshop, It causes delays, Its so frustrating, I even want to return the device. I bought a new laptop and even in that new laptop which is a high end gaming laptop, it lags like hell. I invested a lot of money on this device. Can you please solve the problem? 

    P.s. i tried photoshop 2019 and 2020

  • Thank you so much for replying, Along with photoshop, I face problems even in Krita, which is a really lightweight software. Sometimes Zbrush too. Whenever I do any action like undo or redo or select any tool with the shortcuts on the keyboard, it just lags so badly. I have to wait for 8-10 seconds every single time to access any action.

  • And when I remove the pen from the screen, it executes the action quickly.

  • It still has the same problem after doing everything that you suggested. My photoshop still lags. Even after using different versions of photoshop.
