My Huion Kamvas Pro 20 Pen Isn't Working and No Reply to My Ticket

Dear Huion Team,

My Huion Kamvas Pro 20 pen stopped working and i already tried to reinstall the driver but no luck.  I also tried on different computer so i don't think it's the driver problem. Sometimes the pen moves the cursor but sometimes it doesn't move the cursor. The express key is working fine so i doubt something's wrong with the cable. I tried updating the firmware but no luck. When i connected the USB to the PC, the event viewer on windows gave me this error "A pointer device reported a bad angular logical range."

I tried to contact the support 5 days ago and still no reply. I still in a middle of project so please i would really appreciate if you can reply to this as fast as possible.

  • Hi  Aji Kurniawan,  thank you for letting us know what you've done so far. Let's troubleshoot your tablet further. Please check on the following and let us know :

    1)Does the driver panel show"device is connected" when you are using the pen?

    2)Whether the pen can work or not without any driver installing?

    3)Change a computer to see whether the pen can work or not.

    Please reply to us in the ticket and provide the product information so we can help resolve your issue.
