Can not work on New 1060 Plus


I had purchased New 1060 Plus (2048) and trying to set up the device for a long time. I have tried all the possible suggested ways but still no luck. It is showing that the device is connected but I am not able to work on it. Till no help from the customer care about this issue. Any help from anyone will be highly appreciated.
