Can not work on New 1060 Plus


I had purchased New 1060 Plus (2048) and trying to set up the device for a long time. I have tried all the possible suggested ways but still no luck. It is showing that the device is connected but I am not able to work on it. Till no help from the customer care about this issue. Any help from anyone will be highly appreciated.

    I have the same problem with my Huion 1060plus (8192) as described above.
    Windows 10 64bit determines it, but the device can't see the pen moving. I have downloaded and updated its drivers, but no luck. 
    P.s. it worked correctly after purchasing for about 2-3 months and I don't know what has happened now with it
    How to resolve this?

  • Hi Dmitry, since you're using the 8192 version of this model, please try installing the Driver_v14.8.129.1220_beta (see attached) and check if your issue is resolved with this driver version. Remember to unplug your tablet from your computer, turn off your antivirus and close all drawing programs before installing the tablet driver. Make sure to properly uninstall the current driver you have from the Control Panel to avoid errors on the tablet driver's performance.

    I have the same issue.
    My tablet is: NEW 1060PLUS Graphic Tablet, I was trying run "NEW 1060PLUS(8192)" but device disconected is showing.

  • Hi  Bryan Machado, there are 2 versions of the New 1060Plus tablet; one with a 2048 pen pressure and another with an 8192. Both versions use different driver versions. The driver you've used is the incorrect one which caused the "Device disconnected" issue. Kindly uninstall the driver for the 8192 version and install the latest driver for your tablet using this link: Huion New 1060Plus (2048) Graphic Tablet Drivers (link). Please make sure to uninstall the tablet driver from your Control Panel or using the Uninstall program; do not just delete the driver or move it to your trash.

    After uninstalling the driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, turn off your antivirus, close all running drawing programs and install the correct driver for your tablet.

  • Hi Bryan Machado, I'm glad that it works now. Unfortunately, the driver that works on your tablet model is only the V12 driver. The newer models with 8192 pen pressures are those that are compatible with V14 drivers. Feel free to check out the various models we have in our official online store:

  • I had a similar issue. Almost accidentally I remembered the Huion NEW 1060PLUS(8192) uses a rechargeable pen.

    My pen simply self-discharged in several months after purchase. Luckily I still found the charging cable. Now works fine,

  • I have the same problem. Not only is my pen not working, but also the shortcuts on the tablet. I thought I had this problem because of my program, but no. When I tried to draw in other programs, it didn't work either. My pen pressure doesn't work, or it only works when I press hard on the pen, but it's too "straight" Looks like it draws with the mouse and not so well ... I don't know what the problem is, I've tried everything I could find . Nothing helps.

    I have this tablet for less than half a month, I'm afraid that the tablet has broken... What can I do? My family gave me this tablet. It is important to me... and yes, I have the correct drivers.

  • Hi Patiskza Jaskulska, based on your description, it seems like your issue is caused by a defective pen. May I know what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Kindly provide the following as well:

    • First 7 digits of your tablet's serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N) - not the complete serial number please
    • Your computer operating system
    • Version of the tablet driver you are currently using
    • Your drawing programs and the version/s

  • Hi Patiskza Jaskulska, thank you. Yes, you have the old driver version. Please try the steps below:

    1. Uninstall the current driver version you have on your computer. Check whether you have any other tablet drivers installed in your computer through your Control Panel. If you do, please uninstall all tablet drivers, whether from us or other brands. Having multiple tablet drivers will affect your tablet and driver's performance.
    2. Unplug your tablet from your computer.
    3. Download and install the attached driver for your tablet. When installing, please make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer, your antivirus is turned off, and all your drawing programs are closed.
    4. After you've installed the attached driver connect your tablet back to your computer and check whether everything is all good.
