a problem with bugging cursor with h430p

bought the h430p tablet recently (like a week or 2), it was okay at first then one time I plugged the tablet in my laptop, use my tablet for the cursor then it just bugs. The bug is like the cursor teleporting to the other side or just at a random place on the screen whenever I move the cursor and draw something. The problem only occurs on my laptop, not on my phone. It's really annoying and frustrating, it sometimes destroys my work or something. I tried to look at the setup drive application thingy - in its workplace, the pen settings - but I don't really see any part that helps. I also tried replacing the nib but nothing changes.

  • Hi authordra, kindly answer the following questions:

    1. Did you install the tablet driver on your laptop?
    2. If you did, what version have you installed?
    3. What drawing software and the version are you using on your laptop?
    4. Does the issue occur in other software you have?

Since your tablet works fine on your phone, this is mostly likely caused by the driver. Kindly try uninstalling the driver, unplug your tablet from your laptop then plug it back in. Then test if your tablet works fine without the driver. If it does, then we can confirm that the issue is caused by the driver. Try reinstalling the latest driver version from this link: Huion H430P Graphic Tablet Drivers

  • Hi HUION Customer Support, I have a problem similar to authordra's.

I have the Inspiroy H430P tablet purchased this week. It is in perfect physical condition and is working.

The problem arises when I use the h430p tablet to write in pdf, more specifically in the Foxit Reader application installed on my pc (windows 7).

When I start to write, the huion tablet cursor (symbolized by a purple hand) goes to the bottom left corner and doesn’t leave, so I can’t write in the document. Using the huion tablet I can scroll through the page, select icons from the foxit reader app, but unfortunately I don't use the writing tool, which is why I bought the huion tablet. I do mathematical calculations directly in the pdf.

I tried to reinstall the huion app several times and in all versions available on your website (Driver_14.8.137  /   Driver_14.8.33.632_beta / Driver_14.7.154.586)

    could you help me?

  • Hi Fillipi Mota, I would be happy to help you. Kindly answer the following questions:

    1. Have you tried using your tablet without the driver? Kindly try doing so if you haven't and check if it still happens even without the driver. This will help us check if the driver has some issues on this software.
    2. Have you encountered this use with other applications as well? If you experience the same issue with other applications, which applications have you tried?

If you have access to another computer, can you please try using it with another computer and check if the issue in the Foxit Reader still happens?

I look forward to your reply so we can check on your issue further.
