my pen is always left clicking and i struggling to draw

My pen for my 1409 only works when plugged in... I've installed the current drives, but the pen still doesn't work nor seems to be charging..

Hi Bucks and Pastor Donald Serpette, please try the solutions found in this article: Solutions for Huion Digital Pen is Not Working. If the issue is not resolved, kindly send an email to service@huion.com with the following information:
- Serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
- Purchase order number
- Link where you purchased your tablet
- A video that clearly captures your issue. You can just use your phone in taking the video provided that we can clearly see the tablet with your pen and your screen. If your video is more than 20MB, please send the video through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and provide the link in the email. Make sure to remove the restrictions on the video if you upload it so anyone who has the link will be able to view it.
