Huion H640P- Tablet connected to driver but still isn't working
I have the Huion H640P Tablet, and I downloaded the driver just yesterday. The driver says that the device is connected and the tablet is on, but it doesn't work when I hover the pen or use any of the buttons on the tablet. Someone plz help!!
I have the same problem on MAC OS 10.14.6. Driver says connected, led is on, but no response when using the pen. Help!

Hi.. I just received my HUION tablet HS64 just now. I already installed my driver but its can't connect to my laptop.. please help
Hi I'm Done, we are sorry for any hassle caused to you. Do you mean the tablet driver's interface shows "device disconnected"?
- Make sure that the USB cable is connected securely, and the USB port is functional;
- Change with another USB cable or port;
- Change to another computer, if possible, to see if the issue still persists;
- Re-install the latest driver from the Huion Official website.

Tenho um Notebook Lenovo e quando eu recebi a mesa, conectando ao computador a mesa funcionava. Porém logo depois que eu baixei o programa Huion Tablet minha mesa não funciona mais, apesar de ela dar resposta só dentro do app da Huion e não no Photoshop. Por favor preciso de ajuda

I have a similar problem: the pad work correctly, the buttons on the pen work correctly, the buttons on the pad aren't working.
I have installed all win10 updates and I have tested all drivers available (official and beta too).
I don't have antivirus software except windows standard protection
Hi Simoneesilvia, does your tablet driver show "Device connected"? When the tablet driver is showing as disconnected, the tablet's press keys won't normally work either. However, if the driver is showing as connected but the press keys won't work, it's either the tablet's press keys are defective, the cable is defective, or the port is defective.
Please try the following:
