Huion H640P- Tablet connected to driver but still isn't working

I have the Huion H640P Tablet, and I downloaded the driver just yesterday. The driver says that the device is connected and the tablet is on, but it doesn't work when I hover the pen or use any of the buttons on the tablet. Someone plz help!!

  • I have the same problem on MAC OS 10.14.6. Driver says connected, led is on, but no response when using the pen. Help!

  • Hi.. I just received my HUION tablet HS64 just now. I already installed my driver but its can't connect to my laptop.. please help


  • Hi  I'm Done, we are sorry for any hassle caused to you. Do you mean the tablet driver's interface shows "device disconnected"?


    please try the steps below and see if it gets resolved:
    1. Make sure that the USB cable is connected securely, and the USB port is functional;
    2. Change with another USB cable or port;
    3. Change to another computer, if possible, to see if the issue still persists;
    4. Re-install the latest driver from the Huion Official website.
     Below are the steps for you to reinstall the driver:
    1. Log out from the Huion driver, close all running drawing programs, and turn off your antivirus software.
    2. Uninstall all Huion drivers from the Control Panel.
    3. Unplug the Huion tablet from your computer.
    4. Download and install the driver from the Huion official website.
    5. Plug the tablet back in.

    Tenho um Notebook Lenovo e quando eu recebi a mesa, conectando ao computador a mesa funcionava. Porém logo depois que eu baixei o programa Huion Tablet minha mesa não funciona mais, apesar de ela dar resposta só dentro do app da Huion e não no Photoshop. Por favor preciso de ajuda

  • Olá Elissa Seadi, como o tablet só começou a ter o problema logo após a instalação do driver, o problema provavelmente é causado pelo driver. Por favor, tente reinstalar o driver seguindo estas etapas:

    1. Desinstale corretamente o driver atual do seu Painel de Controle ou clicando no aplicativo de desinstalação. Não basta excluí-lo ou movê-lo para a lixeira ou a lixeira.
    2. Desconecte seu tablet do computador e reinicie-o.
    3. Instale o driver mais recente para o seu tablet, que você pode baixar neste link: Huion Tablet Drivers. Verifique se o seu tablet ainda não está conectado ao computador, se todos os seus programas de desenho estão fechados e se o seu antivírus está desativado ao instalar o driver do tablet.
    4. Após a instalação do driver, conecte seu tablet novamente ao computador e teste se ele funciona dessa vez.

    Hi Elissa Seadi, since the tablet only started having the problem right after you installed the driver, then the issue is most possibly caused by the driver. Please try reinstalling the driver by following these steps:

    1. Properly uninstall the current driver from your Control Panel or by clicking on the uninstall application. Do not just delete it or move it to your trash or recycle bin.
    2. Unplug your tablet from your computer and restart your computer.
    3. Install the latest driver for your tablet which you can download from this link: Huion Tablet Drivers. Make sure that your tablet is still not connected to your computer, all your drawing programs are closed and your antivirus is turned off when you install the tablet driver.
    4. After the driver has been installed, connect your tablet back to your computer and test if your tablet works this time.

  • I have a similar problem: the pad work correctly, the buttons on the pen work correctly, the buttons on the pad aren't working.

    I have installed all win10 updates and I have tested all drivers available (official and beta too).

    I don't have antivirus software except windows standard protection

  • I have the same exact problem to my H320M. I tried to re install drivers and disconnect my tablet restart computer and stuff. For me it works on my PC but when I use it in my laptoo this kind problem comes. I've been using 2 devices my PC and laptop few weeks ago and its fine but now this.
  • Hi Simoneesilvia, does your tablet driver show "Device connected"? When the tablet driver is showing as disconnected, the tablet's press keys won't normally work either. However, if the driver is showing as connected but the press keys won't work, it's either the tablet's press keys are defective, the cable is defective, or the port is defective. 


    Please try the following:

    1. Try connecting your tablet to a different USB port
    2. Try using a different USB cable (if you have one available)
    3. Try testing the tablet on another computer (if you have access to one) and check if you get the same issue. 


    If it the issue is consistently observed, then we will test your tablet using our software and we will further assist you through your ticket.
