I keep getting a parser error opening the huion app on my computer

I have reinstalled it plenty times, and reinstalled windows but i keep getting the same error. After I press ok, the app opens but it doesnt even work. I used to use this tablet all the time but now it doesnt work. So far I have, repaired my .net framework and reinstalled windows all together with the help of windows tech support but they told me, it probably a problem in your end.
