Device Disconnected

Hi there

We brought a Huion GT220 V2 for my son for last Christmas and its 29th March and we have still not managed to get it set up correctly!

I have just brought a new computer as my previous laptop was very old and I thought that this might just be stopping me from setting up correctly - however, I still cannot get the Device Connected message and I just don't know what I am doing wrong???

Can anyone please help me!

  • Hi PN Chandramohan, may I know the driver version you installed on your computer and your computer's operating system? What driver versions have you tried so far? What methods have you done as well?

  • I have a Huion inspiroy H640p, I tried everything but it still shows "device turned off". The tablet turns on and even the pen works, but even so it appears that it is turned off. My operating system is Windows 7

    I'm using the Huion H420 on my Mac now. I tried so many ways that you show us. I tried to reinstall as well as uninstall or download the new version and my tablet version, the device is still disconnected. I just bought a new laptop and USB adapter so I don't think there is any problem with them. 

    I wonder how can I fix the problem?

    • Version of the tablet driver you installed

  • Hello, my MacOS version is 10.15.7 and the version of the tablet driver I installed was 

  • Hi Louisa. Phan, since your tablet is H420, the version 14 driver is not compatible with your tablet. Kindly properly uninstall that version and install Driver_12.0.5 instead which you can download from this link: Huion H420 Graphic Tablet Drivers. You can follow the installation steps from the attached file below.

  • hello, me and some friends bought the h640p tablet and installed the driver and the firmaware and even then it remains as a "disconnected device"
    how can I be solving?

    SO: Windows 10
    Driver: v14.8.165.1387

  • Helo! I did the test with the QC software and it was a success, but the buttons on the tablet did not work.

    The pen buttons and tablet pressures are working.

  • Hi Alefemeira, kindly check whether the press key switch on the side of the tablet is locked. If it is, please unlock it and test the tablet again. If the tablet works fine, then there is nothing wrong with your tablet. All you need to do is reinstall the driver. Before installing the driver, please properly uninstall all tablet drivers, whether from us or other brands. It is also better to restart your computer after uninstalling your tablet drivers. And when installing the driver, please make sure that your tablet is NOT connected to your computer, your antivirus is turned off and all your drawing programs are closed.   • Ola, estou com o mesmo problema com o Huion H640P, enviado pela UNINTER, ele funciona o toque da caneta e é detectado pelo computador, porem o driver fala que está desconectado, já testei em outro computador e não pegou, e meu irmão tem um outro da huion que esta pegando normal nos dois computadores porem o H640P nao detecta o drive.
