Glass on Huion Kanvas 13 popping out!

     I've had my Huion Kanvas for slightly less than a year and a couple of months ago I have noticed the glass on the side with all the keys slightly popping up. It has not gotten worse or better but it is quite annoying to deal with. If anyone has any tips or ideas on how to handle this it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  • Hi Minekour, thank you for reporting your problem. If your tablet screen pops up a bit on the side near the buttons, you can just mend it by using a super glue to seal it back. Please use the type that is clear in color and dries fast. Just apply a sufficient amount to make the edge of the screen stick back to the tablet's frame. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to send an email to service@huiontablet.com together with the following information:

    • Purchase order number
    • Product serial number (which can be found at the back of the tablet)
    • Link where you purchased your tablet
    • A video that clearly shows your issue (you can send it through WeTransfer or Google Drive. If you use the latter, please make sure you allow permission to grant anyone who has a link to be able to view it)

  • I have the same issue, but how would I apply the glue? Do I glue it onto the part that's popping out and push it back in? Is there a way to remove the whole screen to apply the glue?

  • Hi Ashanth Pirathiev, thank you for your photos. It looks like the tablet's housing or case (the silver part that covers the back and holds the entire tablet together) got warped. This is what caused the tablet's screen to pop out. 


    All Huion products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided that it was purchased from our authorized online and offline stores. (NOTE: Damages caused by improper use and/or handling is not covered) If your purchase is covered by the warranty, kindly send an email to service@huion.com with the following information to be assisted further:

    • Serial number 
    • Purchase order number
    • Link where you purchased your tablet
    • Pictures and/or video of your tablet's condition

  • I received mine from amazon, on July 2, 2019... Is there anything else I could do or c'est la vie?

  • Hi Ashanth Pirathiev, since it's been more than a year since your purchase date, I'm sorry that we can no longer replace your tablet. You can send your tablet back to us for repair however, the shipping cost may be too high since all repairs are done in our factory in China.

But please take note that you need to bear the shipping costs to and from the factory, as well as the repair cost, which would depend on the defect that our technician may find on your tablet.
