My tablet won't accept my stylus
Hello. I'm reaching out because I've been having difficulties getting my huion styluses to respond to the tablet. Initially, it was just the pen that came with the tablet that wasn't working, and that one was a no battery pen, so I simply changed the nib, but that didn't work. So I purchased a rechargeable pen and it still wouldn't connect no matter how much I charged it. Is this a problem with the tablet? Is it a solvable problem? Thank you for your time!
Hi Ariel, thank you for reporting your problem. If your tablet uses a battery-free pen, then the rechargeable pen will not work. You may have bought the wrong pen model. Not all types of pens work with all tablet models. May I know the tablet model you have so I can provide with the right pen model?
May you please provide more details on the difficulties you have with your pen? Usually, uninstalling the driver and reinstalling the latest one solves this kind if issue. Kindly try it and let me know how it goes.

I have a Kamvas Pro 13, and the pen is PEN80. I'm pretty sure the website said that the pen was compatible, however I could've misread it. So, I've had the tablet for almost two months now and it's been working perfectly so far. Then a few days ago, my pen just wouldn't attach to the cursor, the tablet acted like both pens didn't exist.
Hi Ariel, thank you for your reply. The pen model that is compatible with Kamvas Pro 13 is the battery-free pen PW507. So if you purchased the Pen80 model, it won't work on that said tablet.
