Pen do not work without wire.

Hello! I have HUION KAMVAS GT-156HD V2. In my box was two pens, original and marked as a gift. I tried to use both pens right after unpack display and they not works. But both pens works with wire normally. I tried to charge both more than couple hours with original wire, indicators on both pens a glowing with white color endlessly, and not works without wire.
