Offset issue

I have bought a brand new KAMVAS PRO 16, and I have come across an cursor offset with my tablet. Apparently calibrating doesn't resolve the issue. I need some help as this is getting the best of my work. Thank you.

i have the same problem with pen with the cursor offset
is there a solution for this now?
i tried calibrating it in the work area tab, and nothing happens. cursor is still not alligned.

Hi Boyet Abrenica, may I know your tablet's model and the version of the tablet driver you've installed?
After following the steps above, please refer to the applicable article on how to properly extend or duplicate your displays:
Once you've set your display settings, try restoring your calibration to default and make sure you click on "Administrator privileges" button if you see it on your driver (for Windows driver only). If the calibration is still off, try to reinstall the driver. If this still does not work, please send an email to service@huion.com with your serial number, order number, link to your video that shows the offset and what steps you've done so far.

Hi Muhammad Umar Zamir Khan, does the offset only happen in Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint? What is your computer operating system? If you're using Windows and the offset only happens when in the said drawing programs, please change your drawing program's tablet settings to Wintab. For Clip Studio Paint, please go to: File > Preferences > Select "Tablet" > then choose Wintab. Make sure to check "Use mouse mode in setting of tablet driver" then reopen your Clip Studio Paint software.

Hi! A few days ago, I bought a Kamvas Pro 16 graphics tablet. Unfortunately, he has some problems with the position of the stylus on the screen. I followed all the tips from this page but my problem remained. The position of the cursor relative to the position of the stylus during the drawing process is shifted by 3-5mm, this is a lot! If you tilt the stylus slightly while drawing the line, the cursor lag becomes even greater. I can record a video of the process.
I tried to adjust the calibration myself, but it doesn't help. I also tried both drivers (older and newer).
This problem is not only in drawing programs.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi, I just recently purchased a Kamvas Pro 16 and am also having issues with cursor offset. Sometimes it's minor, other times it's pretty noticeable making it difficult to draw. I've tried calibrating it, I have my tablet set as the main screen. It happens in all the programs I use, and is pretty bad when it's close to the edges, pretty much where all my tools are, so I end up pressing the wrong tool a lot of times.

Hi, im having the same problem as Olga at the top wherein it has 3-5mm space between my cursor and my stylus. I have sent an email but i want to know if its possible to fix it right away or if it was solved easily without needing to bring it back or something. And my additional problem that i was having is that it worked on clip studio wherein i got to extend my screen and draw on the tablet while the other monitor is open but it couldnt work on other apps such as paint tool sai, photoshop and sketchbook? Any tips to make it work to other apps?

I bought the Kanvas Pro 16, and I have problemas with the Pencil. I can't make it work, when I try to use it on my tablet, it works like it's reflected. The cursor has a "centre", if I place the pencil in that centre, it match with the cursor, then, if I move the pencil to the right, the cursor goes to the left, if O go up, the cursor goes down, and so in
Calibrating only makes the cursor goes to the lower right corner and it doesn't move at all.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers, and nothing seems to work... please help....
Oh, i'm trying tu run it on a MacBook Pro...
Again... please help...
Hi Alfredo Jerez, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I clarify with you if you are a left-hand user or you have set up the tablet to left-hand mode? You can refer to this link: Setting Up the Left-hand Mode for Your Huion Tablets

I do have the same problem in my Kamvas Pro 12, never bothered much with that but there was a fix for this somewhere?i did try all the steps and tips around here.
I have Windows 10 64 bits and Clip studio and i have my Kamvas plugged to an intel graphic inside and my monitor on a nividia card, did tried swaped them but the offst issue is permanet :D can you guys help out?Aniway i still love my Huion
