Solved

I have a problem with the drivers.

Good morning.

I've been using for a while my laptop with Huion WH1409.

But now that I changed to another PC, when I use the cable to connect the tablet to the PC, cursor doesn't moves (when instaling drivers)

But if I uninstall, the cursor moves but doesn't appears.

What can I do? Because my USB WIFI got broken, so I cannot use it.

I wait for an answer. Thanks

  • Hi Kire,

Thank you for reporting your problem and I'm sorry for the long wait. If the tablet works without the driver, it means that the issue is with the driver; either you installed the incorrect driver for your tablet or you are not using the latest driver. If this is the case, please download the correct driver for your tablet from this link:  https://www.huion.com/download/

If the USB cable for your tablet is broken, you can just purchase a new one from this link as well: USB Cable for Huion Graphics Tablets/Monitor. If your tablet is still within the warranty period, please send an email to service@huiontablet.com with the following information so we can assist you further:

    • Purchase order number
    • Product serial number
    • Link where you purchased your item
    • A video showing your problem clearly

  • I just bought myself the kamvus 13 and it works great but when i try to install the driver it always says  “HuionTablet” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. i have tried downloading versions 14 and 15 but nothing works. Please help thanks

  • Hi Piano Party, what operating system are you using? If you are using a Windows computer, please make sure to uncompress the download driver before installing.

However, if you are using a Mac computer, please download the driver again, restart your computer, install any system updates available in your Mac computer. Moreover, check whether your computer settings are set to install apps that are not from the App store. Please go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > under "Allow apps downloaded from:", select  "Anywhere" if available or "App Store and identified developers".
